The study evaluates the influence of Mg-Stearate on the compaction and tablet behavior of co-spray dried compounds versus physical blends based on lactose and starch or lactose and MCC.

The change in physical properties by co-spray drying is reported for excipients. Also the influence of Mg-Stearate on the disintegration and dissolution.

The disintegration time depending on the concentration of Mg-Stearate is also featured.
